Danish Clean Water – Exhibiting in the uk for the first time at Healthcare Estates
Danish Clean Water (DCW) will be exhibiting in the UK for the first time at Healthcare Estates 2018, giving visitors the opportunity to see the DCW water treatment unit and learn more about the disinfection system that quickly reduces biofilm, Legionella, Pseudomonas and other dangerous pathogens in water systems to below detectable levels but is completely non-toxic and harmless to people and the environment.
Historically, chlorine dioxide has been the most widely used treatment against Legionella, but although effective it is highly flammable and reactive. In sharp contrast, the active ingredients in the DCW system are just simple water and salt, electrolysed in the unit to produce NEUTHOX®, a powerful, proven disinfectant that destroys bacteria without the use of toxic chemicals and helps hospitals to comply with the guidelines of HTM 04-01.
The DCW unit is highly effective yet has running costs significantly lower than any other similar unit on the market. It is energy-efficient, safe for operators, and quick and easy to install, configure and monitor. It requires only minimal servicing and no regular maintenance beyond occasionally refilling the salt tablets.
Danish Clean Water looks forward to meeting visitors to stand E53 at Healthcare Estates 2018.
