Inspiring event solutions

Confex’s pursuit for innovation and excellence has earnt the show a formidable reputation as the unmissable event for all those who organise events, meetings or conferences.
Duncan Reid, event director for International Confex, explains: “With numerous exhibitors launching products and unveiling their news at the show visitors can be confident that they are keeping abreast of all the latest innovations. In the current market this has never been more important.
“Our education programme Confex Knowledge promises to offer visitors plenty of free advice. So if you are keen to immerse yourself and be more effective professionally, Confex is the place to be.”
Providing education
With a series of engaging debates and thought-provoking seminars running across the four seminar theatres, visitors will come away from Confex feeling inspired and ready to put into practice ideas and solutions they have picked up from the show.
Reid explains: “It is vital that as an industry we remain informed of all the changes that affect our day to day roles. By better educating ourselves, I believe we are more equipped to deal with the uncertainties that await our businesses.”
A great deal of care has been placed in creating an informative educational programme that is conducive to the needs of the events industry. The seminars have been split into four theatres; Marketing (sponsored by SECC), Business Skills and Development (sponsored by Barbican), Organising, and Industry Forums.

As well as the show’s renowned educational offering, Confex is famous for cultivating an enticing and engaging atmosphere, which embodies the very spirit of the events industry.
