Our NightHawk service delivers pioneering diagnostic support to the acute care environment. Reporting is provided by teams of over 25 radiologists at peak times, and in under 30 minutes, with dedicated pathways for Stroke and Major Trauma.

We have designed each step from referral, through to scan and report to happen as quickly and efficiently as possible giving clients more time to concentrate on the patient.

Over 80% of reports are provided in under 30 mins. KPI’s of 30 mins, 60 mins and 4hrs with exam prioritisation according to the referral type.

Our intelligent approach to people and systems means that we answer calls in moments not minutes, saving time and freeing staff up to move onto their next task.


Our Elective service provides safe, timely and responsive reporting to manage local radiology key elective performance targets.

Our patient focused reporting service has been designed and refined in collaboration with more than 100 UK NHS trusts. Our service offers the full equivalence to in-house reporting, using experienced radiologists.

Our advanced approach to managing capacity from reporters and demand from clients using our global network of reporters, and with better tools, means that we are responsive and adaptable with reporting sessions available when you need them.

Our intelligent use of historical data means we can share information with hospitals about likely future needs, without such heavy reliance on local hospital administration. This means we can help you prepare for pressure periods and maintain your reporting KPIs throughout.
