MET Recruitment UK LTD

MET Recruitment UK LTD was established in 2008 and founded by Managing Director Robin Tong. Initially MET stood for Mechanical, Electrical, Trade and was synonymous with the sector of recruitment focused upon at that time. Over the last 11 years the business has expanded significantly and now caters for recruitment needs within the Commercial, Industrial and Skilled / Technical sectors offering recruitment solutions to a wide range of client needs. In 2018 our company tag line was changed to ‘Making Employment Thrive’ something that is more accurately aligned with our core values and beliefs now than those of the early MET Recruitment days.

MET Recruitment works in partnership with clients across a variety of industry sectors to provide temporary, temporary – permanent and permanent recruitment solutions. We have a team of highly trained and skilled consultants who are specialists within their respective fields providing 24/7 recruitment support to clients in both the Public and Private sectors.

The relationship we have with our clients and candidates extends much further than the standard recruitment relationship, our partnership approach means that we often offer support beyond fulfilling a vacancy or recruitment need. Our clients enjoy a truly consultative approach, we’re on hand for advice 24/7 and partner with several providers to host a range of free training sessions throughout the calendar – all designed to help us to help you!

Our dedicated public sector recruitment team are specifically tasked with supporting the needs of public sector clients. Collectively, the team boast over 20 years of public sector recruitment experience and are skilled in fulfilling Commercial, Industrial and Skilled / Technical recruitment needs within the NHS and other Public Sector organisations.

Our ethos is not centred around the bottom line but is focused upon providing clients and candidates with a high-quality service that they will not only remember but also want to repeat.
