Our tailored end-to-end service includes:

  • Sourcing activity through our national and international network of offices and in-country partners.
  • Running a fully audited recruitment process (compliant with NHS Employers’ standards and the NHS’s International Recruitment Toolkit) which includes thorough interviews and compliance checks.
     

For our international candidates we support all aspects of pre-departure deployment including:

  • Providing relocation advice and counselling so candidates know what to expect in terms of the process, the UK health sector and our culture and environment.
  • Assisting with the NMCsource registration process.
  • Achieving the requisite level of English language proficiency (IELTS/OET). o Achieving the CBT/completing the Overseas Nurse Process (ONP).
  • Visa and immigration management.
  • Police checks in alignment with NHS Employers Standards.
     

Pastoral care is the backbone of our recruitment process and is a significant factor in supporting the transition that candidates face and managing retention. Our pastoral care provides unlimited and unrestricted support to both candidates and clients, 7 days per week, and covers everything from professional and employment matters, education/training to emotional support.

  • All aspects of relocation support and counselling (for both the candidate and their family).
  • Arranging travel and accommodation (including financial support as required).
  • Providing local help and information (e.g. grocery shopping, registering with
  • doctors/dentists, opening a UK bank account etc).
  • Supporting each candidate for at least 6 months post arrival in the UK to help them embed here from a work, social and cultural perspective.
