You are invited to this unique annual exhibition that brings together all the disciplines from the emergency services sector who are involved in prevention, response and recovery.
Founded in 2008, Zinc Group is a UK-based credit control, recoveries management, and business process outsourcing (BPO) company, operating in both the B2B and B2C markets with offices in Glasgow and Stratford-upon-Avon. Our focus is on understanding our client’s needs and providing innovative solutions that deliver success both for them and their customers.
Currently Zinc employs over 320 FTE with a capacity to expand to c.500 FTE across both of its extensive sites in Glasgow and Stratford-upon-Avon.
Thanks to our team of in-house I.T. developers we are widely regarded as a market leader when it comes to innovation and the use of new technologies. Zinc has established this reputation while maintaining its independence from larger, less agile, competitors and currently Zinc is ranked as the second largest privately owned DCA in the UK.
Since the company’s launch back in 2008 Zinc is to date the only DCA to have won both Best Consumer DCA and Best Commercial DCA awards. Its team have also won a number of other high-profile industry awards including: ‘Best Use of Technology’ for our self-service customer web portal “WeWantToSayYes.co.uk”, and again in 2016 for our voice recognition dialler platform.
Broad sector appeal: Zinc works with a variety of clients from a number of different sectors including Banking and Finance, Telecoms, Utilities, Insurance and Health Care, and Commercial debt, and we are able to work seamlessly across these sectors due to our specialised teams and advanced on-boarding processes which are designed to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ business before commencing work with them.
When you work with Zinc nothing is taken for granted. We take the time to get to know you and your customers, and the strategy we devise for you is unique to your business needs and evolves along with our partnership.
Customer focussed: Zinc has always worked with the belief that regardless of the current situation a customer finds themselves dealing with; they are and will always remain a valued customer of our clients. This ethos means that Zinc works with its clients across a range of debt types and age of debt. Zinc works with a number of clients from a very early stage of arrears, often in a “white label”(BPO) capacity, carrying and representing the brand name of some of the UK’s biggest and most recognised companies, right through to very late stage recovery debt placements in our own name.
Investing in our people: we are a professional services business working to a very high set of standards which are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and as member of the highly regarded Credit Services Association we are committed to ensuring that all of our people work to the very highest of standards. Training and Development play a key role in the working lives of all employees at all levels, and training does not end once induction is completed, but is ever present throughout the working environment.
Quality Assurance plays a key function in all that we do at Zinc as well. QA touches all parts of our business and is covered within our three line of defence model, and backed up via our own Internal Audit function and separate Compliance team.
Zinc Group’s senior management team consists of some of the most experienced and well regarded professionals in the industry, with over a 150 years combined experience in the world of financial receivables and business process outsourcing.
