Who we are
PCH Manufacturing offers bespoke engineering and manufacturing solutions throughout the South West to private home owners, businesses, landlords and developers.
Our manufacturing unit, with traditional skilled craftsmen, has been delivering bespoke solutions across a wide range of materials and products for decades, but became PCH Manufacturing in 2009, which is a trading arm of Plymouth Community Homes. Before this, the manufacturing unit was part of Plymouth City Council and provided products and services for over 16,000 homes and other Council-owned assets including parks and leisure facilities.
We’re an ethical organisation and pride ourselves on providing straight-forward, honest quotes with no pushy sales techniques. When you get a quote from us, a qualified and experienced estimator will visit your home to take measurements so that we can send you an accurate price for your job in writing. We won’t overstay our welcome and you’ll receive one quote with our best price.
Manufacturing with community at its heart
PCH Manufacturing is part of Plymouth Community Homes, the city’s largest social housing landlord, and any profits we make are invested back into the community through our parent company. This includes developing new affordable housing for families on lower incomes looking to take their first steps onto the property ladder and more social housing for those looking for long-term, affordable homes to rent. PCH also provides free training and advice for vulnerable people in Plymouth. So when you buy from PCH Manufacturing, you’re helping to give something back to the community.
Our highly skilled workforce is experienced in working with a wide range of customers, from vulnerable adults and older people to young families and single person households. We’ve made, supplied and fitted thousands of windows, doors and other home improvement products to literally thousands of social housing tenants, but we’ve also worked with businesses and private homeowners with a great track record in customer satisfaction. Our workmen are polite, trustworthy and committed to providing the highest standards of customer service.
