GPT Consult is an industry leading firm of Authorising and Consulting Engineers. Our main focus is supporting clients in a healthcare setting, from small medical practices to large national facilities providers and everything in between. All our engineers are members of IHEEM the industry body for healthcare engineering.

We are currently retained by over twenty five organisations to ensure day to day compliance with the relevant Healthcare Technical Memorandum (HTM) as Authorising Engineers. Our team have experience in Ventilation, Pressure Systems, Confined Spaces and more.

Alongside this, we are currently supporting on over fifty capital projects, from the early design stages to independent sign off and handover. Our early engagement can lead to projects being completed on time and on budget. Our support includes a number of large scale new build projects across the country, and many smaller refurbishment works within an existing facility.

Through our team of experienced engineers, we are able to support across the UK and beyond. Led by our founder Graham Taylor, who brings a wealth of experience to the company on his own. Our team includes Paul Crothers our Senior Authorising Engineer, Louise Clark our technical director, our Senior Engineers Roy Ridler and Mahesh Mistry. The team totals over 150 years of healthcare engineering experience.

Further to our healthcare engineering support we run a training centre at our head office in Leicestershire.  We host CPD Certified courses for Authorised Peron (AP) Ventilation and Competent Person (CP) Ventilation.
