DEHAS, your specialists for applications around pressure and flow in:
EMERGENCY MEDICINE | HOSPITAL | HOMECARE | AVIATION.
We place a special focus is on products related to medical oxygen - its application, dosage and blending, as well as the display and measurement of the resulting vital parameters. In addition to medical products, the company's portfolio also includes customer service and advice, as well as special designs in series production or one-offs tailored to customer-specific requirements.
We have a history since more than 20 years. It all started in 2002 in a small office in Lübeck. The company quickly grew and relocated several times to larger facilities. In 2007, we achieved our first ISO 13485 certification, all of a sudden a manufacturer of medical technology related products. A huge step! Through new products, new tasks and of course with a further growing team we founded our CNC milling shop – DEHAS Metallbearbeitung und Zerspanung GmbH – in 2021. Since then, we have been able to produce special parts for our customers and ourselves much more quickly and reliably. In 2022, we moved to our new DEHAS building in Lübeck. This is also where our machining department will soon have its own dedicated building - everything in one place, all under one roof.
We manufacture our products with the “QUALITY” trademark as our own brand – Starting with the connection hoses QualityCONNECT and pressure reducers QualityREG, through our demand valves QualityFLOW and our Quality FLOWMETER, the monitoring with QualityMON to our high-precision gas blender from the QualityMIX product family. - Safe - Simple – Reliable - approved and registered with CE marking and or FDA approval.
The DEHAS QualityMIX gas blender family includes proven mechanical blenders for mixing O2 with AIR, N2O, CO2 or NO as well as oxygen monitors and our latest gas blender QualityMix Pro. As one of our key products is the QualityMix PRO gas blender an O2/AIR gas blender of the latest generation. The user interface is designed with a modern layout featuring a touch display and intuitive menu navigation. This offers advantages and added value in application and use:
- Digitization of the traditional mechanical gas blender.
- Precise flow control of the mixed gas via a motor valve.
- Display and control of the flow rate through the display.
- Known and exact setting of the O2/Air mixing ratio referenced to the built-in O2 sensor.
- Integrated state of the art MASIMO Pulsoxymetrie
- Submenus for alarms, alarm limits, language settings, service menu, and screen brightness.
- Log function of all process parameters.
- Ability to transfer all data to a PDMS/HIS/control center via RJ45 interface and HL7 protocol (V3) and communication in accordance with ISO/IEEE 11073 into a hospital-specific IT structure.
- Backup battery for power failures/transport (max. 15 minutes without external power supply).
- Coordinated, low-maintenance components.
- High reliability due to durable components and construction.
- Ideal for use with ECMO, HFOX-CPAP, HFOX-NIV and in all intensive care units for adult, pediatric and neonatal applications.
The DEHAS demand valves QualityFLOW offer a high level of comfort for the patient due to their low inspiratory resistance – used for the application of 100 % O2 by volume during manual ventilation with the ventilation bag, during direct O2 supply with the ventilation mask for spontaneously breathing patients with manual triggering of an inspiration push.
Our products are purchased by medical specialised dealers, hospitals, hospital chains, university hospitals and their affiliated institutions. Our customers are national and international with a focus on Europe and North America, but are also based in non-European markets. For example, we are a global OEM partner for Dräger Medical O2 blenders. Our sales & service partner in the UK is currently locally organized by TherapieEquipment/GCE – as well as by our TENACORE OEM Business. Thinking globally – acting locally – we speak the language of our customers.
