NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) has launched its latest Hard Facilities Management framework agreement.
The framework can provide savings of up to 10% for Estate, Facilities and Capital Development teams.
The Hard Facilities Management 2 (Hard FM) Framework Agreement provides a compliant route to access a full range of hard facilities management products and services and covers a wide range of estates and maintenance specialisms, including:
- Computerised Estate & Facilities Management Services
- Building Works & Maintenance Services
- Power Supply, Fuel and Steam Plant
- Electrical Installation and Maintenance
- Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Air Cleaning and Decontamination; Infection Control Systems
- Automatic and Fire Doors and Entry Management Systems
- Statutory Inspections & Rating Support Services
- Ancillary Estate Services
- Hard FM Managed Services
It will run from April 2022 to April 2024, with an optional two-year extension thereafter.
