Induced Energy Ltd is a British company founded over 30 year ago by Colin Sanders, already an award winning audio  electronics designer and owner of Solid State Logic Ltd. When Solid State Logic was sold, Colin invested in the research and development of what was then a novel way of cooking, and 4 years later Induced Energy Ltd was born.

Now, Induced Energy, specialises in the manufacture of induction cooking and buffet products for the professional and commercial markets and is owned and managed by Dr Rosie Sanders.

Our hobs and keep hot units are heavy duty and built to last for years.

Each induction cooking zone supplies 3 kW power straight into the base of the pan and our buffet units supply 0.8 kW over a 2 x 1/1 gastro norm footprint. In use they are energy saving, only using power when there is a ferrous containing pan on the zone, heating the pan contents rapidlyif required, or with reproducible heating using the 00-99 power control, reducing the need for ventilation, producing a much cooler working environment and being easy to keep clean.

We can supply single zone, 2 zone or 4zone cooking units as table top or drop in models, and products to work invisibly through lavastone.

In the UK we provide a 2 year parts and labour warranty and excellent after sales service. Our engineers who build the hobs service the hobs, and we aim for a unit to be repaired on the first visit.

Overseas and on maritime vessels there is a 2 year parts only warranty and return to base repair service, although our engineers have been known to travel to foreign ports when necessary.
