CSF Building Contractors was established in 1985, has an experienced significant growth due to the increasing demand for our services. We carry out works for many Hospitals over the UK as well as Schools, Colleges, Universities & Hotels covering a wide range of construction projects with a reactive service that our clients can use for those emergency works that crop up & CSF are always on hand to help out.

With more than three decades of industry experience, we bring a wealth of knowledge to covering all types of building construction. Healthcare projects encompass a variety of tasks from anti-ligature works where CSF were the successful tender & completed a roll out throughout SLAM NHS Trust, all sites were working in a “live” environment & was a successful project over the Southeast London area. New IPS (integrated plumbing system), new anti-ligature continuous hinges installed to bedrooms, wet room facilities & new anti-ligature vision panels in various bedrooms.

Recently CSF were successful for becoming an approved NHS Commercial Solutions awarded supplier that covers many lots, one being anti-ligature so should a project become available we will be asked by the Trust to apply for because we are now on the NHS Commercial Solutions (NHSCS) accredited framework provider under NHS England’s Commercial Efficiencies & Optimisation programme.
